Both Art and I can afford
to spot 400$ each per
month plus divided utilities. I'm bringing in a computer for my graphics
and web work, and will necessitate a phoneline of my own. That's something
that I'll take care of. Food, heat/AC, ComEd, and other workings of the
(place) we'll discuss more extensively. Equal sharing sounds like a good
idea, and we're open to discussion. As is the norm, we can plunk down a
month's rent for deposit.
