“a Child-of-the-Last Rose hath gained purchase 
unto the very edge of madness and was granted a vision

i.  Speak only when spoken to. 
   Otherwise maintain strictly the vigil of silence

    Offer no idea of your own
    unless sure of its purpose or acceptance

ii.  Dream not with the Herd when they extend their services 
     Dilute not this hard-won purity

    Further tests of innocence
    may prove futile if your niggling association with its members like
    petrified blood long unwashed, an embarassing pleasure unearthed

iii. Steal not for all this shall be yours. Nothing can stand betwixt thee
    and thy future.  Keep thy calm for now.

    Look upon the trickle of days 
    as a trial of patience that should be won.
    Let nothing overwhelm you.

iv. Stain your Honor with emptiness 
     not give not into hollow boasts
     nor with bursts of impotent anger.

     Never hint at what can be accomplished by thrusting without reason
     into the challenge, whether the risk lies obvious or is masked by deceit
     Exercise much patience with those failures, 
     be not consumed by foolishness nor futility.

v. Scrounge not for assistance if in need and none is promptly offered.

    Friends false with a fool’s promise mean only the end to otherwise a fulfillment
    that none other than you cherish truly. Stand on your own however seemingly
    unable, moreso if the odds verge on the impossible.

    And the last was of Damocles in its portent, unadorned but noble

vi. Situate thyself firmly upon the apex of the World

     And gloat unceasingly for the putrid weaknesses of the flesh
     and the crumbling decay of professed,
     falsely stalwart faiths deserve not the cool touch or salve of Redemption

     Whence lies Golconda?
     There can be none better than thou
     At any given instance or locus Seize command

Bend them to thy will. Sustain the agony. Hasten towards the end. Captivate Her very soul !

“Furthermore 
beware those who comprehend not Honor, 
those unsure of their calling for the flesh,
those tenuously disguised by a facade of intellect, 
those lacking the fine edge of control;
the undependable, 
the arrogant, 
the egoistic,
the earthbound, 
the spineless

Be not dragged down with them.”

Extensive studies have been made into the true directive of this devotion. Recovered after a period of almost four years, this copy represents the only other known existing documentation of the piece. "Govern the Unaligned" is allegedly held Canon by the smaller tribes of autarkis Toreador, the token Lasombra and, if rumor is to be believed an Elder Sabbat Tzimisce or two.
