1999 - February 2000. The better part
of a megabyte of my written work is online, but they're everywhere, and not the least bit organized. the latest avatr of which has manifested in a few snippets of mangled prose and overwrought poetry (plus earlier "lifeforms" gfx legwork) can be found on sloane. It's an online storage where i've parked the latest haiku for now. Have you heard of Plucked Chicken Press? a bunch of poets, writers, bhikkus, artists and beatniks who did these free-flow lit-mags containing their work. i know this isn't by far a novel idea, but maybe i can do the same online. We'll see :0)  How much material do i have?
By tuesday i should have the devotions (working title) page up. It includes the more cathartic stuff that i thought i would never recover from. i was able to scan the covers of the four books, and they can be found here. ...definitely tea with this one: i'm often asked what my all-time favorite book is. After an exhaustive year-long search, a purchasing agent successfully acquired a 1902 near-mint  hardcover of Henry Van Dyke's The Blue Flower (published by Scribner & Sons). Here's an e-text version, courtesy of the studious gnomes at the U of V.

Lately, if i seem sequestered in a quiet corner, unmindful of the chaos unfurling in the Mundane
- it's because i'm engrossed in EM Forster's A Room With a View, available in html here.
Old all-time favorites hands-down winner? Still Bram's Drac. Shouts to the libevolk @ lit.org (^:

In the same vein, if you like reading (or getting) content-rich literature online, you might be interested in Project Gutenberg.

March-April. Curious? Twelve after five in the Afternoon, the Twenny~eth of March. The Quicklist of all the stuff-to-read that's on my site.

  • 06.04 :: Recovered a lot of old work that's been gathering dust in boxes. With a bit of editing and spit, the pieces should be ready by next week.
  • 11.04 :: Actually, sloane's been uncooperative of late, so I did a bit more digging and decided to Scratch disk my Winter haiku right here.

    July 13, Thursday.
The Accordance and its complex repercussions. To Bard, NYC and back, a period of quiet reflection. And NYC again. After the longest hiatus,
I've more or less come back to reading and writing. An outline of Dreams and Nightmares (For Changeling: The Dreaming) has been made available here.

    July 31, Monday.
More work added to the current storyline, "The Arcology @ Night". As the blurb reads: tis fiction inspired by the work of Gibson-Miller-Palahniuk. Clipped, cryptic c|punk at its latest.

    (Eight months later)

    April 5, 2001 Thursday.
Updated the Arcology series. Reading the I Ching, a nanotech SF anthology, and sundry graphic novels. I've gone back to my roots and started collecting Weis and Hickman's Dragonlance Chronicles (remember those?) and Legends trio.
